The teachers of our masterclasses are all internationally renowned musicians, first prize winners, judges of major musical competitions and recognized professors. Each of them has a pedagogical experience, which is intended to transmit to the academicians their knowledge, acquired over the years.

Yes, you must apply when you fill out the application form. If your application is accepted, you will be eligible to receive a scholarship of at least €100 and up to 450€.
Yes, they must be accompanied by a responsible parent or legal guardian. If not, the signature of one or the other is required and a statement releasing the Saline royale Academy from all responsibility must be provided upon final registration of the student.
Each student will have at least 5 classes during the week, including at least one recorded lesson. You will be able to attend classes of other students in the academy.
You can apply but we will give preference to profiles that are available for the whole week so that they can benefit from the full teaching.
Yes, between 9 am and 9 pm, respecting the quietness and the schedules of the other students. In addition, practice rooms are available between 7:30 am to 11 pm every day.
French law prohibits the photocopying of music scores. Please take precautions by bringing your scores and piano accompaniment material.
You will have the possibility to perform in a concert open to public from Tuesday to Saturday. Each concert is recorded with professional material and we send you the videos after the academy.
Students are supposed to arrive at the Saline royale of Arc-et-Senans on Sunday before 6:30pm (Sunday lunch is not provided) and to leave the academy on the next Sunday in the morning.
Students should submit links to 1-2 videos. These should not exceed approximately 10 minutes in length.
You will be able to fill in an information form that will be sent to you after your registration has been accepted. Our catering team will do everything possible to respect your dietary preferences.
The Arc-et-Senans train station which connects with Dole and Besançon Viotte stations, is located 200 meters away from the Saline Royale. If necessary, we will organize shuttles from Besançon Viotte station.
The recorded lessons are published on the Saline royale Academy platform several months after the academy: they need post-production, subtitles, and we follow a strict calendar to make sure we alternate publications between instruments. When your videos are online, we create a free access for you to watch them.
