Born in Vietnam, Thuy Anh VUONG began her piano studies at the Conservatoire National de Région de Marseille where she had the chance to work with Anne Marie Ghirardelli and Pierre Barbizet for several years. She finished her complete curriculum by obtaining all her First Prizes in Piano, musical training and analysis and in chamber music.

She continued her studies at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris in the piano classes of Michel Béroff and Denis Pascal and in the chamber music classes of Bruno Pasquier, Gérard Frémy, Jean Mouillère and Christian Ivaldi. She obtained her Diplôme de Formation Supérieure with the piano and chamber music prizes with the Congratulations of the Jury. She then benefited from precious advice during Master classes with G. Sebok, J. C. Pennetier, J. Rouvier, Emmanuel Ax …

She is regularly invited to perform as a soloist, in recital and with orchestra, throughout France, Europe, and especially in the United States, and participates in recordings of radio broadcasts on France Musique, as well as for France Télévision.

Passionate about the chamber music repertoire, she plays in several ensembles made up of musicians from the great Parisian orchestras, in duo with saxophonist Fabrice Moretti for Buffet-Crampon, in recital with violinist Laurent Korcia for the BMG-RCA label.

Since 2013, she has formed a duo with the baritone Ludovic Tézier with whom she performs in recital on the most beautiful stages: among others, the Grand Théâtre de Genève, Staatsoper de Vienne in Austria, Opéra de Lille, Opéra Garnier in Paris, Théâtre du Capitole de Toulouse…

Always driven by the desire to enrich herself with the solo repertoire of other instruments, she has been called upon to collaborate with R. Pasquier, G. Hoffman, P. Muller, J. J. Kantorow, P. Graffin … during Master-classes in International Academies and for International Competitions (such as the Violin Master of Monte Carlo, Navarra Competition, Ginette Neveu Competition etc…).

In parallel to her career as a concert performer, she has been a member of the teaching staff at the CRR of Paris for ten years, as well as the CRD of Issy les Moulineaux and is currently a piano teacher at the CRR Conservatoire du Grand Avignon.
